Sub-program Summary
This sub-program involves project teams at two levels - (1) senior executive and senior management level personnel who are addressing whole-of-organisation strategic and change management issues in order to become high-performing VET organisations within the national training system and (2) middle-level managers who are addressing strategic and change management issues at faculty or departmental unit-level.
